Shipping
How long will my order take?
It depends which of two groups your item falls into. Every product page tells you which one it is.
- In stock: ships from our Atlanta studio within 3 business days and typically arrives within 7 to 10 days.
- Made to Order: produced once you order it. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
How do I know which one I am buying?
Made to Order pieces say so directly on the product page. If a product page does not say Made to Order, it is in stock and ships in 7 to 10 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on US orders over $50. Under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
If you order an in-stock piece and a Made to Order piece together, we send the in-stock one straight away rather than making you wait on both. Each shipment gets its own tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Email contact@molliwater.com with what you want and where you are and we will send you a shipping quote. Customs adds time on top of the windows above.
Returns
What is your return window?
14 days from delivery. Items must be postmarked within that window to be eligible.
What condition do items need to be in?
New: unused, unopened, in the original packaging. We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items, including Made to Order pieces.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@molliwater.com with your order number and we will walk you through it. Returns are handled by mail.
Who pays return shipping, and is there a fee?
You pay return shipping. We recommend a trackable service, because we cannot refund a return we never received. A restocking fee of $7.99 or 20% of the order total, whichever is greater, is deducted from your refund.
Do you do exchanges?
No. We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, return the one you have for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. It reaches you faster that way anyway.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 14 days with photos and we will make it right. No restocking fee applies when the fault is ours.
Sizing and fit
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page lists the measurements we have for that specific item. Check those first, because fit varies by piece. Our size guide covers general US sizing and ring diameters.
The tag says a different size than what I ordered.
Some items come from manufacturers using different sizing standards, so the tag may not match. We size our listings to US measurements. Trust the measurements on the product page over the tag.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Most have stainless steel posts. Where that is the case it is stated in the product details.

How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?
Add any three earrings, rings or press-on nail sets to your cart and the cheapest of the three comes off automatically at checkout. No code needed. Mix and match freely across styles.
What payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL and Bancontact.
Products
Why do the crystals look different from the photo?
Because they are natural stone. Color, size and shape vary piece to piece on anything using raw quartz or crystal, and yours will not be identical to the photo. That is the point.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep it dry, take it off before showering or swimming, and store it flat rather than tangled. Mixed metal finishes last a lot longer that way.
