1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be postmarked within this 14-day window to be eligible for a refund.
2. Eligibility & Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be in New condition (unused, unopened, and in its original packaging).
- We accept returns for both defective items (damaged during transit or manufacturing errors) and non-defective items.
3. Exchanges
We happily accept exchanges. If you would like to swap your item for a different product, please follow the return process and specify your preferred exchange.
4. How to Return
All returns must be conducted by mail.
- Initial Contact: To start a return, please email us at contact@molliwater.com.
- Return Label: The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Fees
- Restocking Fee: A flat restocking fee of $7.99 USD applies to all returns. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
6. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
- Processing Time: Please allow 15 days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
