Return, Store Credit and Exchange Policy

At Molliwater we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Eligible returns are accepted for store credit or an exchange only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
1. Return window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request store credit or an exchange.
2. Eligibility and product condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We accept returns for both defective items (damaged during transit or manufacturing errors) and non-defective items. Made to Order pieces are returnable on the same terms.
3. Store credit or exchange
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, you may choose store credit or an exchange. Store credit can be used toward a future Molliwater purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
4. How to return
All returns are handled by mail.
- Start the return: email contact@molliwater.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and whether you prefer store credit or an exchange.
- Return shipping: the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item we cannot track.

5. Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 20% of the order total applies to returns and is deducted from the store credit or value available toward an exchange.
6. Processing
Store credit or an exchange is processed after we receive and inspect your return. Returns are not refunded to the original payment method.
7. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email contact@molliwater.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. No restocking fee applies in that case.
